The machine is designed for filler and primer application on wood panels with flat surfaces such as MDF, chipboard and plywood planks, parquet, flat door panels, cabinet doors and modular furniture sections, on all flat surfaces suitable for roller coating.
The system can be used on wood surfaces after spaying or roller coating, UV filler, primer and top coat. The machine is designed for printing of any kind of pattern and UV varnish applications on PVC surfaces. Pattern printing and UV varnish coating will be applicated especially PVC edge band and profiles.
The 3D surfaces of wooden panels are designed as a wooden robotic system for all kinds of paint and varnish application. Thanks to its specially developed image processing system, it defines the area to be painted, transfers it to the robot and performs high quality painting.
Excimer UV device starts a polymerization process in the uppermost part of a layer of UV-curing coating after applicated by roller, spray, or curtain coater. In this way, a micro-folded structure with matt surface is created. The device is used for wood panel, decorative films, PVC edge banding and similar products.
The machine is designed for sanding the surfaces of CNC carved doors and cabinet covers surfaces. It is the most ideal machine for priming applications with membrane and door cover raw surface treatment.
It is a preliminary tunnel system for jelling and solvent evaporation, used before final curing, after final application of the last UV layer on wood. It can also be used to pre-dry water based and PU coating of furniture. It is suitable for MDF surfaces, chipboard and plywood planks or strips, parquet, door panels, cabinet doors and modular furniture surface.
