Isımek brand biomass boilers are in the capacity range of 500,000 kcal/h (580 KW) and 20,000,000 kcal/h (23,256 KW). We design and manufacture industrial-type fire-tube hot water boilers & water tube hot water boilers at 90 °C operating temperature. We manufacture biomass-fired industrial type Hot Water Boilers and equipment by making use of solar energy, which is a 100% renewable energy source, with a GES (Solar Power Plant) with a capacity of 260 kW installed on the roof of the Isımek factory. Besides this, ISIMEK submits surplus energy for the use of our country P235 GH and P355 GH quality sheet metal and P235 GH quality pipe are used in boiler manufacturing. There are equipment and devices such as a moving grate, pre-furnace, stoker, multi-cyclone filter, recuperator, chimney fan, stack/chimney, bag filter, electrical control panel, PLC remote automation, and SCADA system. Moving grate, Front furnace, Hopper, Multi-cyclone filter, Recuperator, ID fan, Stack, Jet pulse bag filter, Electric control panel, PLC remote automation system, Ground-type concrete or steel moving floor sawdust silo, and chain Chain elevator are within this system. It is eco-friendly with low emission and carbon values. It contributes to sustainable production and life. Systems supported by automation can be controlled via PLC screen according to customer requirements. Isımek designs and manufactures Biomass fired boilers in accordance with Turkish and European norms in its own facilities. After the production and shipment of hot water boilers, we successfully complete the installation and patrolling works at many points in the country and abroad, and we gain the satisfaction and trust of our customers. Hot water boilers are used in timber, woodworking, greenhouse, heating, and many industrial processes. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Easy to operate and enters the regime quickly. ISIMEK designs, projects, and manufactures industrial type Biomass Steam Boilers with a capacity range of 500 kg/h - 40.000 kg/h complying with customer requirements. ISIMEK brand industrial biomass steam boilers are manufactured with a capacity range of 500 kg/h-40.000 kg/h). We design and manufacture fire-tube steam boilers & water tube steam water boilers with an operating pressure of 3 Bar and above in accordance with the design and client requirements. ISIMEK benefits from %100 renewable energy sources and benefits from GES (Solar power plant) during manufacturing. GES has been installed on the roof of the factory with a power of 260 kW. Besides this, ISIMEK submits surplus energy for the use of our country. TECHNICAL INFORMATION It is designed and manufactured according to the operating pressure from 3 bar to 30 bar. It is manufactured up to a maximum capacity of 50 tons/hr and above. It works with an efficiency of up to 90%. Eco-friendly, and ensures low flue gas and stack emissions. Fully automatic feeding and manual feeding. PLC remote control system is available as an option. ISIMEK branded Thermal Oil Boilers are used for heat transfer in industrial applications where low pressure and high temperature are required. There are two types of thermal oil boilers, vertical and horizontal. Thermal oil boilers allow us to reach high operating temperature of 300 °C under very low pressure such as 0-10 bar. It is produced in capacities of 500.000 kcal/h and 20.000.000 kcal/h. Isımek produces Biomass-fired Hot Oil Boilers by making use of solar energy, which is a renewable energy source, with the GES (Solar Power Plant) installed on its own factory roof, and again offers the surplus energy to the use of our country. Modular silos are used for the storage of dust which are arisen from the wood and timber shearing process. They have a cylindrical and modular form. Upon request of the client. Isımek can manufacture silos with legs in order to allow trucks entry. Panels are assembled each other with bolts and auxiliary tools. Sawdust silo s capacity can be expanded and carried to the desired place due to their demountable structure. Panels are painted with the demanded color (polyurethane oven-drying). Also, it can be manufactured from galvanized sheets. The filtration room is placed at the top of the woodchips silo and the filtration room dimension is changing according to capacity. As well as mounted on the ground, sawdust silos are also installed on the top of the boiler house. Therefore the empty place is saved. The woodchips fan positioned behind the silo filter does not come into contact with the woodchips and sawdust particles. Therefore, this provides a long-lasting usage and low-maintenance operation. On the silo side, the dust-collecting line can be easily connected to the silo from any point. No additional fans are needed for the connected lines. The chip fan works depending on the vacuum value as PID. Thus, fans turn off and save energy when woodworking machines are not working in the system.
