Countdown Begins for the Highly-Anticipated WoodTech and Intermob Fairs
The wait is almost over for the eagerly-anticipated WoodTech and Intermob Fairs which will be held at the same time for one more time. The fairs will start on 22 October and take place across 14 halls until 26 October.Reed Tüyap Fuarcılık is making the final preparations for the WoodTech -35th International Woodworking Machinery, Cutting Tools, Hand Tools Fair- to be held in collaboration with the Woodworking Machinery Industrialists Association (AİMSAD) and the Intermob -24th International Furniture Side Industry, Accessories, Forestry Products And Wood Technology Fair- to be held in collaboration with the Furniture Accessories Industrialists Association (MAKSDER). The two concurrent fairs will start on 22 October 2022 at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center located in Büyükçekmece.
The WoodTech International Woodworking Machinery, Cutting Tools, Hand Tools Fair, which displays the latest innovations and trends in the wood and forestry products and technologies as well as the state-of-the-art products and services from companies in the woodworking machinery industry, continues its fast-paced growth and draws more and more interest every year. While the Intermob International Furniture Side Industry, Accessories, Forestry Products And Wood Technology Fair, which will open its doors at the same time as the WoodTech Fair, will bring allow visitors to see the latest trends in the wood and forestry products and technologies as well as the products and services from companies in the furniture side industry. Attracting great interest every year, the fairs are expected to be visited by highly-qualified industry professionals from nearly 120 countries.
More than 50 thousand visitors are expected
Last year, 584 companies and company representatives from 26 countries participated in the fairs which welcomed a total of 52 thousand visitors, including 10 thousand visitors from 112 countries. This year, 425 brands, 673 companies and company representatives, and buying committees from more than 20 countries will participate in the fairs. More than 50 thousand people from different countries, including especially Germany, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Morocco, Palestine, Georgia, Iraq, Kosovo, Libya, Lebanon, North Macedonia, Egypt, Uzbekistan, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Tunisia, Ukraine and Jordan, are expected to visit the fairs. The fairs will also host bilateral meetings which will be held with the support of the Republic of Turkey, Ministry of Trade.
With Business Connect, potential customers and new business partners are only a click away
Thanks to the hybrid nature of the fairs, participants and visitors of the WoodTech and Intermob Fairs will be able to meet both physically and through an online platform.
Participants and visitors will be able to get together in a digital environment, set meetings and communicate with each other through Business Connect, the online business network platform made available as part of the WoodTech and Intermob Hybrid+. With the Business Connect program, participants and visitors will be able to view the online profiles of each other, submit requests for both on-site meetings at the fair center and digital meetings, and make video calls to communicate with each other. Additionally, with GLOBAL -Tüyap's digital platform- visitors will also be able to easily filter the products and services of interest and find the right product and company for them.
The Fairs will be open for visit for five days, between 10.00 a.m. and 06.00 p.m. from Saturday, 22 October to Tuesday, 25 October and between 10.00 a.m. and 05.00 p.m. on Wednesday, 26 October.
